For that, you must look into your life and list the meaningful things in your life individually. Everyone’s goal is to live a happy life and do meaningful things. But remember that life is a real journey you must walk amidst various challenges and hardships. Another thing you should remember is that you should never over-pursue anything in your life. Overthinking something and trying to achieve it will cause you to lose it. Therefore, think about what you have, be happy, and always work to do meaningful things.


Through your meaningful things, you can provide some benefit to your family members, if not to the members of the village, to the members of the country, if not to the members of the world. Therefore, you should work to engage in meaningful actions in your life. Many people spend their precious time on meaningless activities because they are unaware of it. If you do something good for yourself and society, do it without thinking twice.

You have the opportunity to contribute your good deeds to a better society truly. A very older man is living in my area, and I would like to give a simple example of his positive impact on society. A certain island where I live has no trees and has been a barren land for a long time. But the older man I mentioned earlier started growing plants every day. Within a few years, the older man mentioned above was able to turn the wasteland into a beautiful environment. You always work to make our things meaningful to you and society. Meaningful things that you can do in this way can be described below.

Since you live in your body, you need to take care of your body. You can take care of your physical health there through activities such as daily exercise, walking for thirty minutes, or attending the fitness center. I used to run for about twenty minutes every day. Because of that, it is possible to face each day with enthusiasm.

Regardless of age, life is a journey where you must constantly learn to do what you love and develop your skills.
If you are a sportsman, spend more time training and developing your sports skills. For that, work to make your life successful by using the unique issues through the biographies of the greats in your sports field.

One of the special things I do is learn another language. Another language is like having another set of eyes. That’s because you have one more language to see the world through. Therefore, regardless of your field, you must constantly work to develop your abilities.

03. Practice listening more in conversations.

Most of us are trained to present our opinions and suggestions constantly. But it would be best if you practiced listening to others more. Think twice about something before you say it. And being able to listen more to others can be a very special quality. If you can always practice listening carefully to others, it will be one of the most meaningful things in your life.

But you will have the opportunity to focus your purpose on one task through mindful meditation. One of the main tasks in my life is focusing on breathing. Focus on breathing for about fifteen minutes with a thorough understanding of breathing. Through this, my mind has been strengthened, and I have successfully performed all the tasks. Indeed, it will be the most excellent deed I will do.

Here is a simple example: I maintain short-term goals and only eat a small amount of my favorite foods once some short-term goals are achieved.
